May 2024: Methil: Conversion of an Ex-Doctor's Surgery

The renovation is well under way to accomodate a leading national retailer who would like to rent one of these units. 

This project, spanning over 300m², is designed to provide an efficient and attractive commercial space. The property will feature designated areas for takeaway services, additional shops, and a prominent unit for the anchor retailer, ensuring convenience and accessibility for both businesses and their customers.

​Due for completion by Spring 2025, this development represents our commitment to revitalizing local spaces and delivering high-quality designs that meet the needs of thriving businesses. Stay tuned for updates as we approach the grand opening!

October 2024: Ex-Clydesdale Bank Conversion in Galashiels

We got the keys for this ex-Clydesdale bank in Galashiels in October 2024 and carried out a title split, converting the upstairs into two residential flats, and the two downstairs units into two commercial shops. 

We're in the renovation stages and hope to be done in Spring 2025, and in the meantime, are searching for commercial tenants! 

We are considering renting out the residential properties either privately, or via Air B&B. Stay tuned... 

November 2024: Glenalbyn Cottage Renovation

We purchased this property in December 2024 below market value, and plan to carry out a full renovation. 

We're going to remove the extension added to increase space in the garden, and then convert this into an Air B&B!

Exchange Street, Jedburgh

This property was previously a carpet shop and is owned by the Council, however we plan to convert this into two one-bedroom flats.

Nestled in the heart of Jedburgh in the Scottish borders, this is an ideal find for serviced accommodation, as it's situated close to Edinburgh and other border towns. 

We have applied and paid for planning, and are keeping everything crossed!

Veitch's Close, Jedburgh

This property was offices prior to its sale, and we are also purchasing this off the Council.

This property is a c-listed 19th century rubble built cottage, which originally housed a smithy in the Jedburgh Conservation area. 

 

This area is of significant heritage value, defined by its architectural and historic elements, including the Abbey, the Castle Gaol, and a traditional townscape layout reminiscent of Edinburgh's Old Town.

Planning has been applied for to convert this into three one bedroom flats, again as serviced accomodation.
