Providing a health report of the property to clients upon liaising with the seller, consisting of the properties condition, the estimated refurbishment costs, comparable sold prices within the area, information on the rental sector and what Link Housing offer as rent within that postcode
Property Renovation

We complete a full refurbishment in line with C~urb PSL Housing standards, oftentimes increasing the number of bedrooms to further maximise value

We have a list of highly skilled contractors in and around Edinburgh, and manage these contractors through to completion, ensuring the property completes as quickly as possible

During this process, the client is kept regularly updated
Post-Refurbishment

We are able to advise and help with arranging a re-evaluation for the property, to confirm how much equity has been added from the renovation.

We assist in recommending options for a potential re-mortgage, allowing clients to pull out their money earned, and invest in further properties if they wish.
Liaising With Link Housing

Once the refurbishment is complete, we negotiate with our contacts at Link Housing to obtain the best five-year fixed rental deal for our clients. We proofread the lease and break this down for the client, and most importantly, explain when the client will receive their first payment!
