After listening to my podcast, Focus on WHY in December 2020, in search of a life purpose coach Jay booked a discovery call with me. He shared that he felt he was on a treadmill doing what he thought he needed to do, not what he wanted to do. He described the feeling as though his head was in a washing machine on a constant busy cycle. He particularly needed help to work out what his WHY and his purpose was as he saw those elements as key pieces which would unlock other things for him.
Looking for a blend of coaching and mentoring to help him create his purposeful future, it was important to Jay that my approach aligned with his values of trust, family and security. He recognised that coaching would be an investment in understanding himself better and that this increased level of self-awareness would take him further on his purposeful journey.

It’s an absolute privilege to coach Jay and support his purpose-driven work and mission to house 100 homeless families providing them with the security they deserve in life.

I first met Jay back in 2000, having followed his property journey from 2002 to present day.
Jay has a passion for property and knows the Edinburgh residential property market like the back of his hand. Having followed his property portfolio growth via leasing homes to Edinburgh City Council, the prospect of a five year fixed lease and guaranteed rent interested me.
With confidence I instructed Jay to source me a three-bed residential property in Edinburgh to add to my own property portfolio. Jay found the property, negotiated the deal, refurbished the property and handed it over to C~urb PSL within six weeks of completion!
